Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. As we work with third-party suppliers, delivery times vary by destination:
- South Africa: 15-30 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or high demand periods.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
