Refund & Return Policy

At Furbuddie, we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

What we cover: We accept refund or replacement requests for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Item never arrived (after the estimated delivery window)

What we don't cover:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
  • Items that have been used or tampered with

How to claim:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at furbuddie1@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/wrong item
  3. We will review your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with a resolution

Resolution options: Depending on the situation, we will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement item sent at no extra cost.

Shipping returns: Due to the nature of our supply chain, we do not require items to be returned. You keep the item — we'll sort out the refund or replacement.

Delivery delays: Delivery times vary between 7–30 business days depending on your location. If your order hasn't arrived after 45 days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
